Cancellations
Bookings made are able to be cancelled and fully refundable with at least 24 hrs notice. If you cancel on the day that the booking is due to commence there will be an admin fee of £30 deducted form the booking total.
If the bike(s) are collected or dropped off and you have changed your mind you can return them to our showroom – any subsequent days booked will be refundable but you will be charged for the days up to and the day of the early return.
Refunds
Refunds will be made to the original payment method and can take up to 5 working days.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange the bike for the remaining period of hire, this can be arranged by contacting us. There may be an additional admin fee required but we will try to accommodate your request.
